Watermoor Church of England Primary School is a local authority maintained school. The local authority (LA) make decisions on admissions based on certain criteria. The school itself is not involved in this process.

You should receive a letter in November 2018 explaining how to apply for your child's place at Watermoor. The online application facility will be available from 5th November 2018 to 15th January 2019.
You will be notified on Tuesday 16th April 2019 if your application is successful.
New Reception Sept 2019 - Information for Parents
In June we will be contacting our new and existing children and their families who will be starting school in September 2019. We are very much looking forward to meeting you all and welcoming you to Watermoor C of E Primary.
Here is a timeline of what you can expect over the next few months:
You will receive a 'Welcome to Watermoor C of E Primary School’ letter, which will detail an outline of special events for you to attend over the next couple of months. For our new children starting at Watermoor C of E Primary School in September we will also ask parents to specify your choice of home visit date and time.
Home Visits to all prospective parents of children new to the school.
Miss Nobbs and Mrs Eamer to visit new children to the school’s preschool settings.
July – 6pm
New Parents Information Evening: This is an exciting opportunity for you to meet your child’s class teacher. At this time you will be given a welcome pack, which will include your child’s September start date.
Transition mornings. Your Child is invited to attend all transition mornings and meet Mrs Eamer and begin to make themselves familiar with their wonderful learning environment.
All new reception children’s parents are invited to stay for a coffee in the welcome zone while your child is attending their transition session.
